Nestled atop Mountain View Road this family run restaurant which opened at its present location in 2012 boasts excellent red and green chile, the staple of New Mexican dishes. Owner Sandy Polanco and her son Steven had a sandwich shop going prior to converting it to Mexican food. Sandy says she opened the Mexican restaurant because she loves to cook with different spices and she is not afraid to spice up the meals. The decor is simple, clean and inviting. The hero here is the classic red and green New
Mexican chile. When you sit down you are welcomed with chips and two bowl, one of red and one of green chile.
Latinopia breakfasted here and sampled both the red adobada huevos rancheros and the green chile rancheros. Both excellent! The menu also features a variety of dishes such as brown sugar glazed salmon, Corona battered fish and chips, crab quesadillas and mahi mahi fish tacos. Heartedly recommended.
