Many of the stories to be found in Margaret Elysia Garcia’s new short story collection, Graft, deal with themes of urban horror and loneliness in her hometown, Whittier, and adjacent Orange County locales. Margaret spoke to Latinopia about why horror and loneliness are such important themes in her writing.
