Enrique Morones created Border Angels in 1986. It is a non-profit human rights organization consisting of over 1,000 volunteers who have take action to prevent unnecessary migrant deaths across the Mexico-U.S. border by maintaining hundreds of rescue stations set up in the Imperial Valley Desert and surrounding areas providing water and food.
