Mark Guerrero interviews saxophonist Bobby Navarrete. In the 60s, he played the Eastside circuit with the Fabulous Sounds, Tierra during their commercial peak in the 80s, and The Midniters starting in the 90s. He talks about his experiences touring with Tierra and playing venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Houston Astrodome. He also has a history of education and activism.
