Dear Latinopians. So we’re into December now and we’re all looking forward to celebrating the holidays with comida, comida, comida, so, in anticipation, we thought we’d post some great recipes from Cocina Hernández as well as other food videos that can help you plan for the holidays. Here at Latinopia we’re still revamping our editing system to bring you great videos in the year to come, so bear with us we’ll have new videos soon.
This week we post videos on two Christmas favorites. We reprise the video Chile Verde Recipes to give you some ideas for Christmas chile dishes. And also we reprise Diane Hernández’s recipe for that Christmas traditional, Capirotada. If you’ve never made capirotada, give it a try! Its easy, lots of fun and scrumptious.
Sara Inés Calderón will be joining us later in the week with her blog, THINKING LATINA WITH SARA INÉS CALDERÓN. We’re almost done with the ARNIE AND PORFI adventures in Arizona but Sergio Hernández is cooking up some new adventures which we’ll be posting soon.
