Hola mis queridos Latinopians. Your Tia Tenopia here and I can’t believe my eyes–December is already on us! I’m barely getting over Thanksgiving–hay como comi! Well, talking about food this is the month for great Mexican dishes like posole, tamales, champurrada and tamales. So this week, to give you all a headstart on your holiday comidas, in our videos this week we visit with Diana Velarde Hernández in her Cocina Hernández for recipes on two classic Holiday dishes, tamales and capirotada.
