This week Tia Tenopia welcomes a new blogger to Latinopia, actress, family therapist and certified yoga therapist Julie Carmen. Yep!, Julie is all of that! She’s acted in such movies as Milagro Beanfield War, Gloria, Fright Night 2, In the Mouth of Madness and the upcoming Dawn Patrol while teaching psychology at Loyola Marymount University, Yoga Therapy Rx and also has a practice as a family therapist. Wow, what a woman! This week we showcase an interview Julie did remembering celebrated Puerto Rican actor Raúl Julia. Each month Julie will be contributing to Latinopia as a regular blogger, writing on cinema and the arts as well as health and fitness. Watch for more of Julie Carmen on Latinopia in 2015!
