This week, on October 18th, more than seven million Americans took to the streets to protest Donald Trump and his anti-American edicts that would curtail the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law. The No Kings Rally took place in cities and neighborhoods throughout the Unite States, including Tucson, Arizona. Latinopia was there where the protest has particular significance because of the recent election of Adelita Grijalva to the Arizona’s 7th Congressional District. Grijalva has declared she will cast the tie-breaking vote that would release the Epstein Files to the public. This is something that Donald Trump doesn’t want. Hence, Speaker of the House Mike Johnson has refused to swear Grijalva in, to the outrage of many Arizonians.
