JESÚS SALVADOR TREVIÑO for his short story collection Return to Arroyo Grande. Treviño is the founder and producer of Latinopia.com and this is the third collection of short stories in the Arroyo Grande arc. He is a finalist in the category of Best Latino Focused Fiction Book – English.
